purchased the glue sticks new, not as a warehouse deal or anything similar. Upon arrival, the plastic packaging was clearly ripped at the top, and more than 10 glue sticks were missing. Returning it for a refund is too much hassle since the glue sticks need to be sent back. Very disappointing for a new product to arrive incomplete and damaged.
