Only gripe (and this isn't with the seller but the manufacturer) they last all of 3-5mins of use they do not go far at all so will be ordering more very soon. I organize some crafts sessions and bought this so that clients can use it safely and not end up with third degree burns like they would if I let them use my existing glue gun. I did notice some difference in the heat this thing creates compared to the other glue gun, but it just isn't safe enough for children or clumsy people to use. The word 'cool melt' is a bit of a misnomer. It is still hot enough to get you into hospital if you were very ham-fisted or drunk. Saying that, it is a nice quality glue gun with quality glue sticks and it sticks any known substances as long as it doesn't melt, plus being small it can be used to stick things together that are quite fiddly.
